Can you review my water lab report and confirm if your system will work?

Edited

Short Answer

Yes. You can send us your water lab report and we will review it to confirm whether Flow 2, the Softener, or a combined solution is appropriate for your property.
We strongly recommend testing before installation and again after installation to confirm performance.

Have You Tested Flow 2 in Bali?

Yes.
Flow 2 has been laboratory tested in Bali under real local conditions.

Testing confirmed effective reduction of:

  • Microbiological contamination

  • Suspended particles

  • Organic-related compounds

Results vary depending on source water characteristics.

Why Is a Lab Test Important?

Every property is different.
Water quality varies depending on:

  • Municipal supply consistency

  • Well or borehole conditions

  • Seasonal changes

  • Storage tank hygiene

  • Pipe condition

A lab report allows us to:

  • Confirm suitability

  • Identify hardness levels

  • Assess bacterial risk

  • Determine whether additional treatment (e.g. Softener or RO) is required

What Should Be Tested?

A standard water test should include:

  • Total coliform

  • E. coli

  • Turbidity

  • pH

  • Hardness Calcium CaCO3

  • Iron

  • Manganese

  • Total Dissolved Solids (TDS)

Additional parameters may be recommended depending on region.

Is Lab Testing Included in the System Price?

No, water testing is not included in the product price.
However, we can assist in arranging testing through our partnered laboratory.

Testing is recommended:

  • Before installation (to assess suitability)

  • After installation (to confirm performance)

What If My Lab Report Shows High TDS or Salinity?

Flow 2 does not remove dissolved salts (TDS).

If your report shows elevated:

  • TDS

  • Nitrates

  • Arsenic

  • Fluoride

We may recommend additional treatment such as reverse osmosis.

What If My Water Is Only Hard?

If your report shows high calcium or magnesium but low microbiological risk, a Softener may be sufficient. (but it doesn't mean that the water is constantly good, it can change during rainy season or other reasons)

How to Submit Your Lab Report

Please send:

  • Full laboratory report (PDF preferred)

  • Water source (municipal, well, borehole)

  • Property size and number of bathrooms

  • Any known water issues

We will review and advise on the appropriate system configuration.

Important Clarification

Flow 2 is designed to address microbiological contamination and suspended impurities.
It is not a desalination or salt removal system.
Final system configuration should always be based on measured water data.
