How often do Flow 2 filters need to be replaced?

Flow 2 filter lifespan is based on both cumulative water volume and operating time.

Default cartridge lifespan settings:

• UF membrane: Up to 800 tonnes or 36 months. In stable municipal water, lifespan may extend significantly up to 10 years.

• Activated Carbon: 600T or 12 months

• Pre-filter: Cleaned periodically and replaced only if physically damaged or excessively worn. Under normal operating conditions, replacement may not be required.

• UV lamp: replaced as needed (typically annually)

The system monitors usage and provides alerts to plan timely servicing.

“T” refers to cumulative treated water volume.

For example:

• 300T = 300 tonnes = 300,000 litres

• 600T = 600 tonnes = 600,000 litres

• 800T = 800 tonnes = 800,000 litres
